GK Hazmat is an inert, inorganic absorbant material designed for the end user that disposes of used absorbant material at a registered landfill site. GK Hazmat will absorb large amounts of strong acids and bases such as sulphuric acid and sodium hydroxide solutions. GK Hazmat will also absorb other chemical spillages that may react with traditional organic absorbants. The product does not neutralise absorbed chemicals and therefore be used in conjunction with a neutralization agent fit for use with the acid / base being absorbed
