GK Polyprop
is available as an oil only absorbant textile (white) or as a chemical
absorbant textile (yellow). Hydrophobic textile sorbents are melt blown
and are suitable for prevention and disposal of spills of oil, oil
derivates and fats. They can be used on water surfaces and on the ground.
The average rate of absorption for oil only absorbant textiles is up
to 2000% in 22 seconds. Chemical absorbant textiles can be used for
the absorption of all liquids including water and agrgressive chemicals |
